- • As a dedicated Actuary at USAA, you will lead the future of state-level pricing strategy within the newly formed Go-to-Market Pricing unit, designing and advancing pricing and product strategies across diverse state markets while partnering with state product leaders and navigating regulatory complexity.
- • Day to day, you will apply advanced actuarial knowledge to complete complex projects such as pricing new discounts/endorsements, developing alternative methodologies for regulatory compliance, running and interpreting catastrophe models, leading special actuarial projects, training new team members, and developing data-driven presentations for executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related actuarial/business/analytical experience in lieu of degree
- • 4 years of actuarial or analytical business experience
- • Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) credential
- • Advanced skills with actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques for fact-based decision-making
- • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools including Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools, and ability to connect external insights to business problems
- • Demonstrated experience communicating complex solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences, including executive leadership
