- • Own the full sales cycle for net new business in the mid-market manufacturing sector, from initial prospecting through deal closure.
- • Generate and nurture your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead development activities.
- • Manage and qualify leads provided by company sources and publisher partnerships to maximize conversion potential.
- • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and services teams to build customized proposals, demo materials, and solution narratives tailored to mid-market manufacturing buyers.
- • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that align Acumatica ERP capabilities with client operational and financial pain points.
- • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecast discipline using CRM tools and sales processes.
- • Work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance and accountability.
- • Leverage existing relationships and industry knowledge to identify and penetrate new accounts within the manufacturing vertical.
- • Stay current on Acumatica ERP product updates, competitive landscape, and mid-market manufacturing industry trends to strengthen sales effectiveness.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation teams upon close.
- • Utilize a blend of self-generated leads and publisher-provided opportunities to build a consistent and scalable sales pipeline.
- • Present value-driven solutions that address key business outcomes including streamlined operations, improved financial visibility, and scalable growth.
- • Track and report on all sales activities, pipeline progression, and deal status in alignment with company CRM standards.
- • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness across all customer and internal stakeholder interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of B2B software or ERP sales experience with a track record of closing net new business
- • Experience selling Acumatica strongly preferred; SAP Business One or SYSPRO experience a plus
- • Comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently in a remote environment
- • Strong discovery and demo skills; able to tailor a solution narrative to a mid-market buyer
- • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to pipeline and forecast hygiene

- • Base salary of $120,000
- • On-target earnings (OTE) of $200,000
