As an Adjunct Faculty member in Artificial Intelligence at University of the Cumberlands, you will deliver graduate and undergraduate courses that fuse rigorous theory with hands-on application, preparing 20,000+ diverse learners to solve real-world problems through machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.
• • Own the full instructional lifecycle for your assigned courses: design engaging asynchronous modules, lead live virtual labs, and curate datasets that mirror industry challenges. You will facilitate discussion boards, host weekly office hours, and provide timely, actionable feedback that turns confusion into confidence and curiosity into mastery.
• • Champion student success beyond the classroom by proactively referring learners to tutoring, library resources, career services, and research centers. Your mentorship will help students bridge academic concepts to career pathways in AI product development, data science, and ethical technology leadership.
• • Collaborate closely with the Program Chair and Lead Faculty to align curriculum with emerging trends—whether that means integrating the newest TensorFlow updates, weaving in responsible-AI frameworks, or embedding micro-credentials from Microsoft, Google, or IBM. Your voice will directly influence program innovation.
