- • The hands-on technical backbone of Nightingale College’s Banner SaaS environment, responsible for resolving escalated issues, managing configurations, and maintaining integrations to ensure platform stability and performance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary escalation point for complex Banner issues across Student, Finance, HR, and Financial Aid modules; managing configuration changes with testing and rollback planning; leading testing during Ellucian SaaS release cycles; building and maintaining Ethos-based integrations and Data Connect pipelines; supporting Ellucian Experience configuration; overseeing security roles and compliance documentation; and mentoring Administrator I while collaborating with institutional departments and vendors.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- • 4–6 years of Ellucian Banner experience with exposure to the SaaS platform ecosystem
- • Working knowledge of Ellucian Ethos, including API-based integrations and the Ethos Data Model
- • Experience with Ethos Data Connect for building and maintaining data pipelines and automated workflows
- • Strong SQL proficiency including complex joins, query optimization, and data validation
- • Familiarity with Ellucian Experience configuration and administration
