📋 Description

  • As an Advanced and Lead Wind Technician at Pearce Services Group, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing mission-critical wind energy infrastructure across North America, ensuring the reliability and safety of wind turbine systems that power renewable energy grids.
  • Day to day, you will lead teams in conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, performing composite blade repairs, overseeing major component exchanges, and executing Lock Out Tag Out procedures while adhering to strict safety protocols including Job Hazard Analyses and Risk Assessments.
  • Pearce Services Group is a leading technology-enabled provider of asset management solutions for electromechanical infrastructure, operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE Group with over 4,000 employees and 28 U.S. locations, specializing in wind, telecom, data centers, and renewable energy sectors.
