• • Are you a seasoned Affiliate Manager with a deep understanding of the Latin American market and a passion for driving performance-driven growth? Onhires Inc., on behalf of its client BoFu Digital, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Affiliate Manager to spearhead affiliate marketing initiatives for a prominent i-Gaming project targeting key LATAM markets.
• • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and scaling a robust network of affiliate partnerships across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. Your primary focus will be on fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality traffic, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
• • This is a unique opportunity for an individual who possesses an established affiliate network within the LATAM region and a proven track record of generating exceptional results. You will be the driving force behind our affiliate strategy, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve ambitious performance targets.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire affiliate lifecycle, from proactive recruitment and seamless onboarding of new partners to the ongoing management and optimization of existing relationships. You will be adept at negotiating and managing various deal structures, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Revenue Share (RevShare), and Hybrid models, in close coordination with the operational team.
• • A critical aspect of this role involves meticulous monitoring of affiliate performance. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First-Time Deposits (FTDs), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), player retention rates, and the overall quality of traffic generated. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic optimizations to campaigns and promotions, thereby maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
• • Collaboration will be key to your success. You will work closely with internal marketing and analytics teams to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing objectives. Furthermore, you will coordinate effectively with the operating entity’s Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth operations, timely payouts, and adherence to all regulatory and brand guidelines.
• • Upholding brand integrity and compliance standards is paramount. You will ensure that all affiliates strictly adhere to the brand guidelines and compliance requirements set forth by the operating entity, safeguarding the reputation and legal standing of the project.
• • To keep stakeholders informed and facilitate strategic decision-making, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive performance reports and accurate forecasts for management. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights.
