Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at DeleteMe, you will own and scale a high-impact affiliate program currently generating seven figures in annual revenue, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reducing digital privacy risks for individuals, families, enterprises, and security teams by removing exposed personal data from the open web.
- • You will drive the next phase of growth for a proven revenue channel by optimizing performance, testing new offers, expanding partner networks, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure affiliate initiatives align with broader marketing, product, and analytics strategies in a fast-growing global SaaS environment.
- • Day to day, you will manage and nurture relationships with top-tier affiliates and partners, negotiate contracts and commission structures, and ensure timely payouts and compliance with program terms.
- • You will analyze performance data using internal analytics tools to identify top-performing campaigns, underperforming partners, and trends in conversion rates, EPC, and ROI, then develop data-driven optimization strategies.
- • You will develop and test new affiliate offers, creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials in coordination with the creative and product teams to improve conversion and incremental revenue.
- • You will recruit and onboard new affiliates, particularly in high-value niches such as cybersecurity, privacy tech, finance, and enterprise SaaS, expanding the program’s reach into new audiences.
- • You will work closely with the analytics team to build dashboards, track attribution, and measure incremental lift, ensuring accurate reporting on affiliate-driven revenue and customer acquisition cost.
- • You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to align affiliate promotions with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key messaging around privacy threats like doxxing, phishing, and identity fraud.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends in affiliate marketing, including changes in tracking technologies, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and platform policies, ensuring the program remains compliant and innovative.
- • You will report regularly to senior leadership on program performance, growth opportunities, and risks, presenting insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- • The affiliate marketing team operates within a mission-driven, fast-paced SaaS environment where privacy protection is not just a product feature but a core values-driven mission backed by real-world impact — over 100 million opt-out removals to date.
- • You will join a passionate, experienced team that serves 30% of the Fortune 100, top tech firms, major banks, federal agencies, and U.S. states, giving your work direct visibility and impact on enterprise-level security and consumer trust.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to scale a proven revenue channel from seven figures to eight figures+, gaining deep expertise in performance marketing, partner management, and data-driven growth strategies within a high-stakes cybersecurity and privacy market.
- • You will develop advanced skills in affiliate program optimization, fraud prevention, incremental attribution, and cross-functional leadership — skills that are highly transferable and in demand across digital marketing, growth, and performance roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience scaling affiliate marketing programs 2–3x in revenue, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, finance, or consumer tech industries.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking, attribution, and performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, affiliate networks (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate), or internal BI platforms.
- • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and networks.
- • Experience developing and testing affiliate offers, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion and incremental revenue.
- • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and affiliate compliance standards, including FTC disclosure requirements and fraud prevention techniques.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, analytics, and marketing teams in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses tied to affiliate program growth and ROI targets.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents.
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) plus company holidays and flexible remote/hybrid work options.
- • 401(k) plan with company matching to support long-term financial wellness.
- • Professional development stipend for courses, conferences, and certifications in marketing, analytics, or privacy technologies.
- • Equity participation in a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company protecting digital privacy for millions.
