• • Pebl Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Global Immigration Specialist to join our expanding Immigration team, focusing on the Americas region. This pivotal role is designed for an individual passionate about facilitating global talent mobility and ensuring seamless immigration processes for our corporate clients and their employees. As a 100% remote position, you will report directly to our Global Director of Immigration, contributing significantly to our mission of making global hiring accessible, compliant, and efficient.
• • In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of immigration casework. This encompasses the initial assessment of a case to determine eligibility for sponsorship, meticulous collection and verification of all necessary documentation, timely submission of applications to relevant governmental authorities, and diligent monitoring of case progress through to successful completion. Your expertise will ensure that clients and their employees navigate complex immigration landscapes with confidence and clarity.
• • A key responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact and liaison between candidates, our internal teams, and external in-country partners or governmental bodies. You will provide continuous support, clear communication, and proactive coordination to maintain momentum throughout the immigration process, addressing any potential roadblocks swiftly and effectively.
• • You will be expected to provide expert, informed advice to clients regarding the intricate web of immigration rules, regulations, and best practices across various global markets. This guidance will be crucial in helping clients align their international hiring strategies with their local business objectives in a fully compliant manner, mitigating risks associated with global expansion.
• • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with our Client and Employee Experience teams, as well as other third-party service providers, to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all new foreign hires. Your ability to foster strong working relationships will be key to integrating new talent into our clients' organizations seamlessly.
• • A critical aspect of your contribution will be your unwavering commitment to meeting and influencing agreed-upon timelines. This involves proactively engaging with global affiliates and clients to ensure their timely input, resource allocation, and adherence to project-related requirements. Your drive will be essential in keeping complex, multi-jurisdictional cases on track.
• • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount. You will be dedicated to continuously monitoring international immigration news, policy changes, and regulatory updates. This knowledge will be vital for refreshing and enhancing Pebl's internal knowledge management tools, ensuring our team and clients always have access to the most current and accurate information.
