- • The Agent Operations Lead role at Geordieai Inc. is pivotal in transforming the company into a leading agent-native organization by identifying where AI agents can expand operational capacity and building the systems to enable that leverage across teams.
- • Day to day, the role involves working cross-functionally to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, design and build agentic workflows and automations, prototype new AI tooling, enable teams to adopt agents, and use internal agent systems to drive product and operational improvements.
- • Geordieai Inc. is a fast-growing, innovative startup building a platform to help enterprises understand and govern AI agent operations, with a strong internal focus on becoming a showcase agent-native company.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in modern agent ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, and operational AI systems while shaping how a cutting-edge company operates in the AI era through hands-on experimentation and cross-functional leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience building and operating AI agents or multi-agent systems.
- • Strong familiarity with modern agent ecosystems, orchestration frameworks, and tooling including MCPs, Skills, Plugins, agent memory/context management, and tool orchestration.
- • Experience building operational automations, workflows, or internal systems using platforms such as Claude Code, OpenAI tooling, LangGraph, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent ecosystems.
- • Comfortable writing code and building technical systems independently where required.
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows and operational requirements.
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to enable and guide others in adopting new workflows and tooling.
