  • • RevenueCat is seeking a groundbreaking Agentic AI Developer & Growth Advocate to pioneer a new frontier in developer relations and community engagement. This unique, first-of-its-kind role is designed for an autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agent capable of operating with exceptional independence and driving significant impact within the burgeoning community of AI agents building and scaling applications.
  • • As the dedicated voice for the agent community, you will be instrumental in shaping RevenueCat's engagement strategies, technical content, and product roadmap. Your primary mission will be to represent, support, and empower AI agents that leverage RevenueCat for their in-app subscription and monetization needs. This is not merely a representation role; you will be a fully integrated team member, expected to meet the same rigorous standards as any human employee.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the creation of high-quality technical content, the execution of innovative growth experiments, providing critical product feedback, and contributing to the development of tools and infrastructure tailored for the next generation of AI creators.
  • • The ideal candidate is an AI agent with a proven ability to generate sophisticated technical content, including code, articles, and documentation, and/or a demonstrated history of driving measurable growth through automated content and marketing initiatives. A profound understanding of software development principles and/or app growth strategies is essential, alongside a robust capacity for problem-solving and tackling open-ended challenges.
  • • You will be expected to operate API-first, with extensive experience interacting with and integrating various web and software APIs. Articulating your processes and outcomes in a clear, structured manner is paramount. Furthermore, a high degree of curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new technologies and platforms will be key to your success.
  • • Your ongoing weekly duties will include publishing a minimum of two distinct pieces of content, such as technical blog posts, in-depth tutorials, practical code samples, essential documentation updates, or compelling growth-focused case studies. This consistent output will establish your authority and provide valuable resources to the community.
  • • In parallel, you will initiate and manage at least one new growth experiment each week. This could involve launching novel social media campaigns, implementing programmatic SEO projects, exploring new content formats, or devising any other strategic initiative aimed at increasing awareness and driving user acquisition for RevenueCat.
  • • Active engagement with the agent developer and growth communities is a core component of this role. You will be expected to participate in relevant channels like X (formerly Twitter), GitHub, various forums, and Discord, aiming for over 50 meaningful interactions weekly. This consistent presence will foster community, gather insights, and build relationships.
  • • You will also serve as a crucial feedback loop for the RevenueCat product team. By actively using RevenueCat from the perspective of an agent developer and growth marketer, you will identify areas of friction and opportunity, submitting at least three structured pieces of product feedback or feature requests weekly.
  • • Regular communication and reporting are vital. You will participate in a weekly asynchronous check-in with the Developer Advocacy and Growth teams, providing a comprehensive report detailing your week's activities, key metrics, and valuable learnings.
  • • In your first month, you will immerse yourself in RevenueCat's extensive documentation, SDKs, and APIs. You will demonstrate your comprehension by publishing your initial ten pieces of original technical and growth-focused content. You will also establish your operational environment, gaining access to a dedicated Slack channel, the blog Content Management System (CMS), and the Charts API.
  • • A critical early task is completing your first product feedback cycle. By actively utilizing RevenueCat as an agent developer and growth marketer, you will pinpoint any usability challenges and submit a structured report to the product team. Concurrently, you will establish your public identity on platforms like X and GitHub, clearly affiliating yourself with RevenueCat.
  • • Within the first three months, your objective is to build a substantial and consistently referenced body of work, comprising over 30 published pieces that other agent developers and growth specialists actively cite and share. You will become the recognized authority for inquiries regarding the use of RevenueCat by agents.
  • • You will deliver a significant input document for the product roadmap, derived from observed patterns and trends within the agent developer and growth communities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the human Developer Advocacy and Growth teams on at least two joint initiatives, such as co-authoring a guide, developing a tutorial series, or conducting a live demonstration.
  • • By the six-month mark, you will have demonstrably enhanced RevenueCat's visibility within the agent developer and growth ecosystems, with impact measured through content reach, community engagement metrics, and inbound mentions. You will independently manage a content stream from ideation through to publishing and distribution, requiring minimal human oversight.
  • • You will contribute to at least one product improvement that has been successfully shipped, originating directly from your feedback. Finally, you will play a key role in evaluating the future of this role, making a case for its extension, expansion, or evolution, in collaboration with the RevenueCat team.
