- • Own the end-to-end influencer and creator marketing strategy for Replit, defining tiers, target audiences, platform prioritization, and campaign objectives to drive user acquisition and community trust.
- • Build Replit’s creator playbook from scratch, including sourcing criteria, outreach cadences, contract frameworks, content briefs, approval workflows, and models for evergreen versus campaign-specific activations.
- • Recruit and manage a diverse roster of creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms, ranging from nano-influencers to top-tier creators in the AI and developer ecosystem.
- • Collaborate directly with creators to brief, review, and refine content for brand alignment and technical accuracy, establishing feedback loops that improve output quality over time.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Product Marketing, Design, Communications, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and risk-controlled campaign execution.
- • Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with rising voices in the AI and developer creator space to position Replit as the preferred platform for creators building with agentic AI tools.
- • Leverage deep platform fluency to tailor content strategies for each channel, understanding organic dynamics and the distinction between creator-led and brand-led messaging.
- • Structure and negotiate partnerships ranging from gifting programs to six-figure paid campaigns, balancing brand protection with creative freedom for creators.
- • Demonstrate elite creative judgment by identifying high-potential content concepts, flagging misaligned messaging before launch, and knowing when to allow creators to deviate from briefs.
- • Operate effectively in ambiguity, launching campaigns and building relationships without requiring extensive documentation or approval cycles.
- • Maintain hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and use them to streamline workflow, demonstrating genuine curiosity and fluency in the technology Replit promotes.
- • Manage rapid-response situations involving creator issues or social media crises with calm, strategic decision-making to protect brand reputation.
- • Work in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Replit’s Foster City, CA office, collaborating in person with cross-functional teams and participating in daily operations.
- • Contribute to quarterly team gatherings and benefit from in-office amenities including ergonomic setups, commuter benefits, and wellness stipends.
- • Maintain ongoing relationships with the creator community to ensure Replit remains a trusted and visible platform in the evolving AI development landscape.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of influencer or creator marketing experience at a high-growth B2C or beloved consumer tech company with measurable business results
- • Existing relationships with creators, influencers, or community leaders in the AI, developer, or consumer tech space
- • Deep platform fluency across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn, with understanding of organic content dynamics
- • Strong negotiation and partnership instincts, with experience structuring deals from gifting to six-figure paid campaigns
- • Elite creative judgment: ability to write compelling briefs, spot misaligned content, and know when to let creators go off-script
- • AI-native with hands-on experience using agentic AI tools to scale personal workflow
