📋 Description

• As an Agentic AI Engineer at Weekday 1, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the EazyML platform by designing and implementing cutting-edge AI agents powered by large language models, directly contributing to innovative solutions that transform how enterprises leverage generative AI for complex problem-solving.
• Your work will bridge advanced research and practical deployment, enabling intelligent, self-learning systems that automate workflows in high-impact sectors such as finance, healthcare, and insurance, thereby driving measurable business value through AI-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Day to day, you will research and develop state-of-the-art AI agents using LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, and Azure OpenAI models, focusing on prompt engineering for reflexive, self-learning, and model-based agents to handle dynamic enterprise use cases.
• You will design, build, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, integrating components such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• You will assemble intelligent AI agent systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and memory management for applications including natural language to SQL (NLQ) translation and intelligent data querying.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to consult on architecture design, ensuring AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise needs, particularly in regulated industries.
• You will develop Python-based wrappers, utilities, and APIs to interface with LLMs and external services, enabling seamless integration of generative AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems.
• You will conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to evaluate model performance, refine prompts, and improve agent behavior through iterative testing and feedback loops.
• You will stay current with emerging advancements in generative AI, transformers, embedding models, and vector databases, applying insights to enhance the EazyML platform’s capabilities.
• You will contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing, helping elevate the team’s expertise in agentic AI systems and promoting best practices in responsible AI development.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/Generative AI solutions involving prompt engineering, architecture design, consulting, and enterprise architecture, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience implementing generative AI use cases.
• Strong background in software development and demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning concepts, with proficiency in Python programming and practical experience in designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA/LLaMA 2, and Azure OpenAI models, including proficiency in Python for API interfacing, familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph, and experience building agentic AI systems for use cases like natural language query (NLQ) to SQL translators.
