📋 Description

• • As a Machine Learning Architect at Caylent, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge AWS-based machine learning solutions for a diverse, forward-thinking customer base across North and South America. Your expertise will directly enable organizations to harness the power of AI and cloud-native technologies to innovate faster and scale intelligently.
• • Day to day, you will lead requirements gathering, translate customer needs into actionable engineering backlogs, delegate tasks to engineering teams, and guide Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives. You will apply deep knowledge of DevOps pipelines, IaC tools (CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform), and MLOps practices to design, build, monitor, and troubleshoot ML systems in development, test, and production environments. You will write production-quality code with unit and integration tests, automate testing at multiple levels, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
• • You will join Caylent’s Cloud Native Applications team, a global, fully remote organization with employees in Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
