• • Join Guidewire’s Product Strategy team to drive operational excellence and transformative innovation by embedding AI and GenAI across the product portfolio, delivering secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that create measurable value for customers in a collaborative, agile, and customer-centric culture.
• • Deliver AI/ML models from planning through data sourcing, preparation, building, training, and deployment in Guidewire’s cloud environment, leveraging open source models; create prototypes to evaluate model options; train and tune models for optimal outcomes; integrate models into production systems; partner with Engineering to embed AI into product architecture; work cross-functionally to scope innovative AI solutions; conduct research into emerging AI technologies; and contribute to Guidewire’s mission of operational excellence and customer-centricity.
• • Work alongside passionate colleagues who blend insurance expertise with data science to shape the future of P&C insurance technology, within a team focused on accelerating AI adoption and launching market-ready solutions that support Guidewire’s ambitious growth and operational goals.
