• • As a Machine Learning Architect at Caylent, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation by designing and delivering cutting-edge AWS-based machine learning solutions for a diverse customer base. Your expertise will directly impact how organizations leverage AI and cloud technologies to solve complex business challenges, making you a key contributor to Caylent’s mission of empowering people and technology through cloud-native services.
• • Day to day, you will act as a mission control specialist, guiding teams through Agile ceremonies, translating customer requirements into actionable engineering backlogs, delegating tickets, leading architecture discussions, applying DevOps and MLOps practices, troubleshooting environments, automating testing, writing production-quality code, and mentoring both junior and senior engineers while fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
