📋 Description

• As an AI Agile Scrum Master at Guidehouse, you will lead Agile delivery execution for mission-focused, AI-enabled software products in a SAFe Agile environment, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement across cross-functional teams building trusted, secure, and scalable AI-enabled information systems.
• You will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data scientists, testers, security, and operations teams to support planning, coordination, and delivery of AI solutions that improve operational workflows, decision-making, and mission outcomes.

• In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling Agile practices for AI delivery, strengthen your ability to navigate regulated environments, and contribute to the advancement of responsible AI implementation while growing as a servant leader in enterprise-scale transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field OR four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting enterprise software delivery teams
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment, including PI Planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
• Experience supporting delivery of AI-enabled information systems, advanced analytics, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles and practices
