📋 Description

• Project Manager, Applied AI role at Lilt Production, responsible for leading large-scale multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives as the operational backbone of AI development.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of AI data projects, overseeing data pipelines for multilingual collection and LLM evaluation, tracking KPIs like throughput and quality, running QA loops, maintaining dashboards, coordinating with global annotator teams, liaising with technical teams, and facilitating feedback loops to improve annotation guidelines.
• The role sits within the Production (Applied AI) department, reporting to the Program Director, supporting Lilt’s mission to make global information accessible across languages through AI-powered translation and data services for enterprises, governments, and developers.
• The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in AI data operations, LLM training pipelines, global team coordination, data-driven decision making, and process optimization in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on advancing multilingual AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of project management experience specifically within AI/ML data operations
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes (Pre-training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation methodologies (Human-in-the-loop, red teaming)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to write SQL queries to extract and analyze performance data
