📋 Description

• Join a small, high-impact founding team at a seed-stage AI-powered fintech compliance company building a foundational multi-agent AI platform.
• As an early AI Applied Engineer, you'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to define the AI roadmap and architect core systems that autonomously handle business identity data from diverse sources.
• This is a pivotal role that will shape company culture, product direction, and real-world AI outcomes for customers in the KYB (Know Your Business) and compliance space.
• Define AI strategy and directly influence the product roadmap alongside executive leadership.
• Design and develop a multi-agent AI platform that processes and reconciles identity and compliance data from varied sources.
• Build rigorous evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to measure agent performance and output quality.
• Engage directly with customers to capture requirements, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and ecosystem developments, translating findings into tangible product impact.
• Foster a collaborative, high-trust engineering culture as a founding team member.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Python development experience with a focus on AI/ML workflows (dealbreaker).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying multi-agent AI platforms.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
• Experience in data integration and identity information extraction/reconciliation from diverse sources.
• Ability to design and implement evaluation benchmarks to assess agent performance and output quality.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage directly with customers.
• Experience working in or contributing to an early-stage startup environment (founding team experience preferred).
• Ability to track the latest AI landscape and translate findings into product impact.

🏖️ Benefits

• Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 USD annually.
• Early-stage equity opportunity as a founding team member.
