📋 Description
- • As an AI Automation Analyst at Allica Bank, you will play a critical role in identifying optimisation opportunities, scalable automation solutions, and deploying AI agents/tools that improve internal productivity and straight-through processing, directly supporting the bank’s mission to serve underserved SMEs through innovative fintech solutions.
- • You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered internal tools using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services; build and maintain REST API integrations; use SQL to structure data for AI models; and create scalable automations that reduce manual effort across teams.
- • You will work closely with the Product Operations Lead and Programme Director within the Programme Management team, which drives high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Data, Operations, Technology, Product, and other functions in a fast-moving, collaborative, and flat hierarchy environment.
- • You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms, develop production-level AI tools, contribute to bank-wide AI/automation roadmaps, and build expertise in AI adoption, change enablement, and governance within a regulated financial services context.
