Aspire Software, an operating group of Valsoft Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on AI Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in the United States. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation, designing, building, and deploying intelligent agents that will either fundamentally transform how our diverse portfolio companies operate or evolve into standalone, revenue-generating products for our customers.
- • This is not a purely theoretical or research-focused position. You will be deeply embedded within Aspire Software and its portfolio companies, working directly alongside their operational teams. Your primary focus will be to gain a profound understanding of their existing workflows and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation. You will be instrumental in building AI agents capable of handling a wide array of critical business functions, including but not limited to, customer service (tiers 1 and 2), sales outreach and lead generation, customer onboarding processes, content creation and marketing automation, and routine engineering maintenance tasks.
- • The impact of your work will be tangible and measurable. You will be responsible for quantifying the value delivered by your AI agents, whether through the direct reduction of manual labor hours or the significant increase in team output and efficiency. This role offers the chance to see your creations directly impact business operations and contribute to sustainable growth.
- • Beyond internal optimization, you will also play a pivotal role in developing new, innovative AI-powered products. These could range from specialized vertical voice agents designed for specific industries, to intelligent AI copilots that enhance user productivity, to sophisticated workflow automation tools, and advanced AI documentation systems. Your contributions will be tailored to the unique needs of Aspire's diverse vertical markets, with the potential to create entirely new revenue streams.
- • A key aspect of this role is the end-to-end product lifecycle ownership. You will guide your AI creations from initial concept and rapid prototyping through to a fully functional Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ultimately into production. This involves rigorous testing with real users, actively soliciting and incorporating feedback, and driving continuous improvement cycles to ensure the AI solutions are effective, user-friendly, and deliver maximum value.
- • Collaboration is central to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, fellow engineers, and go-to-market specialists, to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of your AI solutions. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and ensures that the AI agents and products meet both technical requirements and business objectives.

- • Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll be identifying automation opportunities, designing agent architectures, writing and testing code, deploying solutions, and iterating based on performance data and user feedback. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of building and shipping products, tools, projects, or startups that have gone live and reached users.
- • Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, including proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and agent frameworks.
- • Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype and develop functional AI solutions from concept to MVP.
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to define problems as well as solutions in a dynamic environment.
- • A strong bias toward action and a preference for execution over extensive planning.
- • Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation tools (Nice-to-have).
- • Background in vertical SaaS or B2B product development (Nice-to-have).
