- • Join Aspire Software, an integral part of Valsoft Corporation, as an AI Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our portfolio companies and developing innovative AI-powered products.
- • This is a hands-on, product-focused role where you will be directly embedded within Aspire Software, collaborating closely with the teams of our diverse portfolio companies.
- • Your primary mission will be to understand their unique operational challenges and then design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI agents capable of automating critical business functions.
- • These AI agents will tackle a wide range of real-world tasks, including but not limited to, customer service (handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 support), sales outreach (empowering SDRs), streamlining customer onboarding processes, automating content creation and marketing workflows, and assisting with engineering maintenance tasks.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously measure the tangible impact of your AI agent deployments, quantifying success by the hours of manual labor replaced or the significant increase in team output and efficiency.
- • You will work directly with the operational leaders within our portfolio companies, acting as a strategic partner to identify and prioritize the automation opportunities that offer the highest value and potential for transformation.
- • Beyond internal operational improvements, you will also be instrumental in developing entirely new, AI-driven products that can be offered to our customers.
- • This includes conceptualizing and building innovative solutions such as vertical-specific voice agents, intelligent AI copilots designed to enhance user productivity, advanced workflow automation tools, and AI-powered documentation systems tailored to the specific needs of Aspire’s diverse vertical markets.
- • You will have the unique opportunity to own these AI product initiatives from their nascent stages of ideation and prototyping all the way through to successful launch and market adoption, with a focus on acquiring the first paying customers.
- • The pace of development is rapid; you will be expected to move swiftly from initial concept to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and then into full production deployment.
- • A crucial part of the product lifecycle involves running beta tests with actual users, actively gathering their feedback, and leveraging these insights for continuous improvement and iteration of the AI solutions.
- • This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product managers, fellow engineers, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
- • We are seeking individuals who possess a proven track record of successfully building and shipping products, tools, projects, or even personal startups and side projects that have reached a live, operational status.
- • A strong working knowledge of current AI and machine learning tools, proficiency with large language models (LLMs), and experience with agent frameworks are essential for success in this role.
- • You must possess the ability to rapidly transition from a conceptual idea to a functional prototype, demonstrating agility and technical prowess.
- • Comfort with ambiguity is paramount; you will often be tasked with defining the problem space as much as you are with architecting the solution.

- • Proven track record of building and shipping products, tools, projects, startups, or side projects that have gone live.
- • Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models (LLMs), and agent frameworks.
- • Ability to rapidly transition from zero to a functional prototype.
- • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action over extensive planning.
- • Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation (Nice-to-have).
- • Background in vertical SaaS or B2B product development (Nice-to-have).
