Unlike traditional research roles, you will be deeply embedded within Aspire Software, collaborating closely with portfolio company teams to understand their unique challenges and opportunities.
- • Your primary mission will be to translate real-world business needs into functional AI solutions. This involves identifying and automating critical workflows across various departments. Imagine building AI agents capable of handling complex customer service inquiries, streamlining sales outreach processes, automating new client onboarding, optimizing content creation and marketing efforts, and even assisting with routine engineering maintenance tasks. The success of these internal agents will be measured by their direct impact: the quantifiable reduction in manual labor hours and the measurable increase in team output and efficiency.
- • Beyond internal optimization, you will also be instrumental in developing novel AI-powered products. This could range from creating sophisticated vertical voice agents that understand industry-specific jargon, to developing AI copilots that enhance user productivity within existing software, to building intuitive workflow automation tools, and designing intelligent AI documentation systems. You will have the rare opportunity to own these product initiatives from their nascent stages – from initial concept and prototyping through to successful launch and securing the first paying customers. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and a relentless drive to deliver value.

This cross-functional collaboration will extend to working closely with product managers, fellow engineers, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless integration and successful adoption of your creations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of building and shipping products, tools, projects, or startups.
- • Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks.
- • Ability to rapidly prototype and develop functional solutions from initial concepts.
- • Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action over extensive planning.
- • Experience building AI agents, voice agents, or workflow automation (Nice-to-have).
- • Background in vertical SaaS or B2B product development (Nice-to-have).
