• • The AI Automation Specialist role at Pavago is a full-time remote position focused on designing, building, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations and significantly reduce manual effort across multiple functions. This role is critical for improving operational efficiency by leveraging AI models, automation platforms, and system integrations to replace repetitive manual tasks with scalable, intelligent workflows.
• • Day to day, the specialist will analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities, design intelligent workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate, integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini into operational workflows, connect systems via APIs and webhooks, troubleshoot automation errors, monitor performance, optimize for speed and scalability, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs.

Success is measured by the number of processes automated, workflow uptime, time saved, solution accuracy, and documentation quality.
