📋 Description
- • As an AI Automation Lead, you will own the internal AI automation roadmap across sales, operations, support, and people teams, turning repetitive work into automated workflows so teams can focus on high-impact activities.
- • You will run quarterly automation discovery sessions, design and ship 2–3 production AI automations per month using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier, and integrate LLM APIs with strong prompt design and structured outputs.
- • You will partner with team leads to translate operational pain points into measurable automations, instrument workflows with metrics (runs, success rate, hours saved), maintain a prompt and eval library, document automations, and train others to self-serve simple workflows.
- • You will collaborate with Security and IT on compliance, data handling, and access reviews, ensuring automations are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals in a fast-growing, tooling-first technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years building production automations or internal tools (RevOps, BizOps, automation engineer, or similar)
- • Hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation platform: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato
- • Comfortable integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real workflows
- • SQL fluency — can pull and transform data across tools without an analyst
- • Light scripting in Python or JavaScript to glue things together when no-code hits a wall
- • Pragmatic problem solver with strong product instincts and a bias to ship
