- • AI Creator role at Dressly, a fashion-tech product under Skelar AS, focused on generating high-quality AI-driven video and image content for performance marketing to improve user engagement and business metrics.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include generating videos and images from scripts, crafting structured prompts for AI tools, creating realistic AI footage for ads, assembling AI-generated clips into cohesive videos, and adapting content for different languages and markets with lip-sync and visual consistency.
- • The team is part of Dressly’s marketing unit, operating within Skelar AS, a venture builder that launches and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with products used by over 10 million people globally.
- • The role offers opportunities to deepen expertise in AI content creation, influence marketing performance through creative experimentation, and grow within a culture of innovation, learning, and impact, including access to internal education programs and social initiatives like the SKELAR Foundation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working with AI tools such as Kling, Veo, Seedance, GPT Image, NanoBanana, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs.
- • Strong sense of rhythm, dynamics, and editing, with ability to assemble AI-generated clips into cohesive, performance-ready videos.
- • Understanding of generative AI principles, prompt engineering, and iterative refinement to achieve stable, high-quality results.
- • Self-directed mindset: ability to interpret tasks independently, propose solutions, test approaches, and deliver final outcomes without step-by-step guidance.
- • Curiosity to understand why certain creatives perform better than others, linking creative quality to business impact.
