- • As an AI Data Scientist at Futureproofing Inc., you will help build and improve production AI systems for startups developing real AI-driven products, focusing on execution and impact rather than academic exercises.
- • Day to day, you will work hands-on with LLMs, structured and unstructured data, APIs, and modern ML workflows to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered features, analyze and improve model outputs and system reliability, and contribute to AI-powered products across fintech, biotech, infrastructure, and next-generation startups.
- • You will join a talent platform that embeds high-caliber technical talent into startup teams, working closely with engineers, product teams, and founders in fast-moving environments where output, ownership, and execution speed are prioritized.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in applied AI, gain experience shaping data pipelines and evaluation systems, and have access to continuous learning paths with optional certifications, all while working remotely with flexible schedules and US time overlap.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years working in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Analytics, or related technical roles
- • Strong Python skills and comfort working with modern data/ML tooling
- • Experience working with production data systems, AI workflows, or model-driven applications
- • Comfortable handling ambiguity and building in fast-moving startup environments
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- • Experience evaluating model quality, experimentation, or AI outputs
