📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Engineer at OpenAI, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them deploy Generative AI solutions that drive real business value across industries such as customer service and content generation.
• You will partner with senior customer leaders to define GenAI strategy, identify high-impact use cases, and guide technical teams from prototype to production using OpenAI’s API and related services.
• You’ll collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams to synthesize customer feedback and influence product roadmaps while reporting to the Head of Technical Success, APAC.
• This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise AI adoption at scale, contribute to open-source resources, and grow as a technical leader in a mission-driven organization focused on safe and beneficial AI deployment.
