📋 Description

• Senior Site Reliability Engineer / Kubernetes role focused on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure for Pragmatike Soluciones Tecnológicas S.L., a cloud computing company driving innovation in internal projects.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include operating and maintaining Linux-based infrastructure (Debian/Ubuntu), deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters across bare-metal, virtualized, and on-prem environments, overseeing full cluster lifecycle (upgrades, networking, storage, security), implementing automation via Ansible, Bash/Python, and GitOps, designing network architectures (VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs), building deployment workflows (PXE boot, cloud-init), managing observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, Loki, ELK), leading incident response, defining SLOs/SLIs, optimizing alerting, establishing on-call schedules, developing SOPs, coordinating physical maintenance for Policlouds, managing virtualization layers (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware), contributing to architectural planning, and collaborating with development and cross-functional teams (Hivenet, Policloud, Customer Success).
• The team is a passionate, collaborative, and international engineering group focused on cutting-edge cloud solutions, fostering innovation and direct impact on shaping future technologies in a fully remote EU timezone environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Kubernetes and distributed systems, lead reliability initiatives, design scalable infrastructure, master automation and observability practices, influence architectural decisions, and grow as a technical leader in a high-impact, autonomous SRE position within a growing cloud computing organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level, hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments
• Strong network engineering skills (VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, multi-site connectivity)
• Strong proficiency with Linux systems administration (Debian/Ubuntu)
• Experience building and maintaining automation workflows (Ansible, Bash/Python, Git-based)
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Graylog
• Background with virtualization technologies (OpenStack, Proxmox, VMware)
