📋 Description

• Lead the cloud infrastructure and security strategy for Skydropx, ensuring robust protection across GCP and AWS environments while driving innovation in logistics technology.
• Define and execute cloud security strategy including zero trust, network segmentation, least privilege, and defense-in-depth; implement preventive and detective controls such as WAF, DDoS mitigation, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability management; integrate security into CI/CD pipelines via secret scanning, image scanning, and dependency analysis; lead incident response, threat modeling, and coordination of red team/pentesting exercises.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM) and AWS (ECS/Fargate, EKS, RDS, SQS, VPC, IAM); manage IaC with Terraform, oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensure observability (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog), and uphold reliability through SLOs/SRE practices.
• Lead and manage the DevOps/SRE/Security team, own infrastructure budget, communicate technical decisions to executive leadership, and serve as the primary technical advisor on security and cloud strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and executing cloud security strategies, including IAM hardening, zero trust, WAF, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management (SAST, DAST, CVE tracking).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, IR playbooks, and operational threat intelligence; knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, and at least one of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or LGPD.
• Minimum 6 years in DevOps/SRE/Cloud roles, with at least 2 years in technical leadership; proficiency in GCP and AWS production environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, multi-language CI/CD, and Bash/Python; English B2+ proficiency.
