📋 Description

• As an AI Deployment Engineer at Writer Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers unlock the transformative power of generative AI by designing and implementing tailored AI solutions that solve complex business challenges, directly contributing to Writer’s mission of expanding human capacity through superintelligence and driving measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include partnering deeply with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases, validating technical feasibility, and owning end-to-end implementation; architecting and delivering custom applications, templates, and integrations using Writer’s platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph; translating technical concepts into clear, prescriptive recommendations for diverse audiences; collaborating with internal product and engineering teams to feed customer insights into the product roadmap; developing scalable processes and documentation to reduce customer time-to-value; and championing adoption and expansion of Writer’s AI solutions to ensure maximum ROI and long-term success.
• You will join a dynamic, fast-moving team based in Writer’s London hub, working alongside innovative builders and scalers who are committed to pushing the boundaries of enterprise AI, with hybrid flexibility that supports both in-person collaboration and focused remote work.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise generative AI, sharpen your solutions architecture and technical consulting skills, gain exposure to cutting-edge LLMs and AI integration patterns, and position yourself as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and business strategy—accelerating your impact and career growth in one of the most exciting fields in tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs, especially in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications
• Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite leadership
• A true builder's mindset with a passion for emerging technologies, always eager to experiment, learn, and iterate in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI
• A relentless drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo with innovative solutions, and own successful outcomes for strategic accounts
