• • As an Experimental AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, acting as the "strike team" for new product development. This is a hands-on, dynamic position for a young, AI-obsessed builder who is eager to push the boundaries of what's possible. Forget waiting for assigned tasks; here, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the innovation roadmap. Your primary objective will be to collaborate directly with the CEO, transforming their strategic vision into functional, high-speed prototypes within aggressive 2–3 day cycles. This role demands a proactive individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, experimenting with cutting-edge tools weekly, and possesses a demonstrable track record of building "cool stuff" that showcases your passion and capability in AI.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire lifecycle of rapid AI experimentation. You will be tasked with the design, development, and rigorous testing of AI-driven experiments, operating within intense 48–72 hour development sprints. This rapid prototyping capability is crucial for validating concepts and demonstrating feasibility quickly. You will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, working in lockstep to translate abstract product visions into concrete, Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that can be tested and iterated upon. This close collaboration ensures that development efforts are always aligned with the overarching business strategy and market needs.
• • A key aspect of this role involves the seamless integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, Kimi, and Gemini. You will be responsible for connecting these advanced AI models with existing databases, enabling functionalities like enabling LLMs to query and analyze live, dynamic data. This capability is vital for creating intelligent features that can provide real-time insights and drive data-informed decision-making. The ability to architect these integrations efficiently and effectively will be a significant differentiator.
• • The "Build & Hand-over" aspect of your role is critical for scaling our innovations. You will create the "MVP of the MVP" – a functional, proof-of-concept prototype that demonstrates the core value proposition. Once a concept is proven and validated through rapid iteration, you will meticulously document the underlying logic, architecture, and implementation details. This documentation will serve as the blueprint for the Backend team, enabling them to robustly implement the feature at scale within the core product infrastructure. Your ability to bridge the gap between experimental development and production-ready engineering is paramount.
