📋 Description

• Qodeworld is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This hybrid role operates on a shift basis, from 2 PM to 11 PM, and is crucial for designing and developing intelligent automation solutions that seamlessly integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources. You will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to tackle complex business challenges, driving efficiency and innovation across our operations.
• As an AI Developer, you will lead the development of advanced AI-enhanced data analytics solutions. This involves architecting systems that can ingest, process, and analyze data from diverse sources, including SAP systems, external cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery and Amazon Redshift, and local file-based inputs. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
• A significant part of your role will be focused on creating sophisticated automation tools and bots powered by Generative AI. You will utilize platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, custom GPTs, and Amazon Lex to build intelligent agents capable of interacting with APIs, databases, and back-end systems. These tools will enable real-time data processing, automated responses, and streamlined workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and enhancing operational speed.
• Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with functional and business teams to deeply understand their requirements, translate them into logical processes, and modularize business operations. This collaborative approach ensures that the AI solutions we develop are not only technically sound but also directly address the practical needs of our users, potentially even assisting in AI-assisted code generation for specific tasks.
• You will also be responsible for developing intelligent frontend tools using Python, VBA, and Excel. These tools are designed to simplify and automate complex business workflows, making them more accessible and efficient for end-users. This includes creating intuitive interfaces and powerful backend logic that can handle intricate data manipulations and process automations.
• Building, testing, and deploying predictive models will be a core responsibility. You will apply your knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques, including forecasting, regression, simulation, and more, to create models that anticipate future trends and outcomes. These models will provide a predictive edge to our business strategies.
• Establishing and maintaining robust development practices is essential. You will define and uphold coding standards, manage Git-based repositories for version control, and implement CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI and automation development. This ensures a structured, efficient, and scalable development lifecycle.
• Continuous monitoring and troubleshooting of solution performance across both SAP and non-SAP environments are critical to ensure high availability and scalability. You will proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain optimal system performance.
• You will be a key driver of innovation, actively seeking opportunities to apply AI and cloud services to modernize critical business processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of these core business functions.
• This role involves overseeing the development of reusable code modules and AI frameworks. You will also mentor and guide junior Python developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. Your leadership will be vital in scaling our AI development capabilities.
• Ensuring the secure and efficient integration of AI services with AWS, SAP systems, and various third-party applications is paramount. You will implement best practices for data security and system interoperability.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all design decisions, architectural choices, and development processes is a key deliverable. Clear documentation ensures knowledge transfer and facilitates future development and maintenance.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud platforms is crucial. You will continuously explore and integrate new technologies to enhance our solution capabilities and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Your area of focus will encompass Python and VBA-based development for business process automation, deep SAP integration (data extraction, updates via APIs or file-based interfaces), leveraging AWS Services (Lambda, Bedrock, Lex, etc.), Generative AI development, working with cloud data platforms, creating Excel dashboards and Python UIs, implementing Git and CI/CD, advanced debugging and performance optimization, and developing prediction and statistical models, all while ensuring bi-directional data flow between SAC, BW, SAP, and external systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience in Python and VBA development.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Generative AI tools to automate coding and workflow design.
• Proven experience developing and integrating solutions with business applications (data read/write, process automation).
• At least 1 year of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including developing Lambda functions, APIs, or microservices.
• Solid background in machine learning, data analytics, forecasting, regression, and simulation techniques.
• Experience with SQL, Python data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and cloud databases.
• Knowledge of chatbot development and AI-based API interaction (e.g., Amazon Lex, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs).
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab, DevOps tools, and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and architectural skills.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional, and distributed teams.
