• As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge AI solutions. Your primary focus will be on leveraging state-of-the-art Transformer-based architectures, including prominent models like GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, and Claude. You will be responsible for fine-tuning these large language models (LLMs) to excel in domain-specific applications, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of our clients and projects.
• A key aspect of this role involves mastering and implementing advanced prompt engineering strategies. This includes crafting effective prompts that elicit the desired responses from LLMs, thereby maximizing their utility and performance. Furthermore, you will gain hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, a crucial methodology for enhancing contextual understanding and accuracy in AI-driven applications. By integrating external knowledge bases with LLMs, you will build more informed and reliable AI systems.
• The position also requires building intelligent agents capable of performing complex tasks autonomously. You will utilize popular and powerful agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen to develop sophisticated agentic systems. This involves designing agent workflows, managing their interactions, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
• You will have the opportunity to apply advanced reinforcement learning (RL) techniques to solve challenging AI problems. This includes working with concepts like Q-learning, policy gradients, and utilizing libraries like RLlib to train and optimize RL agents. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Transformer models and LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude).
• Strong background in fine-tuning LLMs and implementing advanced prompt engineering strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Solid understanding of reinforcement learning concepts and tools (e.g., Q-learning, policy gradients, RLlib).
• Azure AI Engineer Associate certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 6 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar AI Engineering role.
