Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Build and maintain components of Clarium’s master data enrichment pipeline, which classifies and enriches every product flowing through hospital supply chains
- • Design and own classification and entity resolution workflows that combine deterministic logic with LLMs for production-grade data processing
- • Build and operate evaluation harnesses, label sets, and regression suites using Braintrust to measure and improve pipeline quality with confidence
- • Write production-grade Python and SQL code as the primary mode of work, focusing on code over configuration tools
- • Analyze complex healthcare supply chain datasets using statistical methods and machine learning to surface actionable insights and inform pipeline improvements

- • Collaborate in a distributed, fully remote environment with team members across multiple time zones
- • Participate in CI/CD processes and maintain production observability for data pipelines
- • Engage with unfamiliar domains (healthcare supply chain) to rapidly develop deep, meaningful expertise
- • Contribute to the scaling of a critical growth lever for Clarium’s AI platform, Astra OS, used by Yale New Haven Health, Stanford, Geisinger, Cleveland Clinic, and Kaiser Permanente
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong Python skills and a track record of writing production code, not just scripts or notebooks
- • Strong SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, performance tuning, and data modeling
- • Comfort working in ambiguous environments; ability to scope problems, make plans, and execute without hand-holding
- • Genuine, non-negotiable commitment to data quality; treat silent bugs as real failures
- • Ability to go deep on unfamiliar domains and develop meaningful expertise over time

- • Equity in the form of Incentive Stock Options proportionate to salary
- • Fully remote work with a NYC co-working space available
