- • There is a possibility of travel to our San Francisco office during the final week to participate in our annual Hackathon event.
- • **Key Responsibilities and Contributions:**
- • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative AI-powered features that will directly enhance a core product area of our business.
- • Actively contribute to the development lifecycle of machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) models, including their training, evaluation, and refinement, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- • Engage with large and complex datasets, performing essential data preprocessing, feature engineering, and in-depth analysis to support and optimize model development.
- • Apply fundamental machine learning and deep learning techniques to address and solve complex, real-world challenges within the private markets sector.
- • Assist in the seamless integration of developed AI models into production systems, encompassing rigorous testing, validation, and iterative improvements in close partnership with the broader engineering team.
- • Support ongoing research and experimentation initiatives, with a particular focus on advancements in NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs), to foster continuous innovation in our product offerings.
- • Partner effectively with stakeholders across engineering, design, and product management to assess the technical feasibility of proposed AI features and ensure their strategic alignment with the overarching product vision.
- • Actively participate in regular team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions, bringing a curious mindset, innovative ideas, and valuable technical insights to the team's collective efforts.
- • Benefit from dedicated mentorship provided by experienced AI and engineering leaders, while simultaneously gaining exposure to company leadership and strategic business initiatives.
- • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to facilitate the scaling of AI development efforts across the organization.
- • Take full ownership of meaningful projects, with the potential to significantly influence the company's long-term strategy and product roadmap.
