• • The AI Engineering team at Poe is a small, agile, and highly collaborative unit tackling complex challenges daily. • • In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our applied AI systems, which are integral to various aspects of the Poe product. This includes sophisticated bot and app routing, intelligent recommendation engines, seamless agent workflows, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will work closely with talented engineers to refine and enhance these systems, ensuring they are performant, reliable, and scalable.
• • A key aspect of your contribution will be identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to integrate emerging AI capabilities into the Poe product. This requires a proactive approach to understanding the latest advancements in AI and creatively applying them to solve user needs and unlock new product features. • • You will take full end-to-end ownership of applied AI systems. These efforts are crucial for improving the efficacy and user experience of our existing applied AI systems.
