- • As the AI Engineer for Future plc's Open Platform (internally "Ember"), you will be the primary architect and implementer of the Auto-Moderation Service and other AI-driven capabilities that enable safe scaling from dozens to thousands of creators, directly impacting brand safety and creator experience through LLM-powered automation.
- • You will design and implement autonomous agent architectures with guardrails, memory, and task performance using frameworks like CrewAI, Google Gen AI/ADK, or LangGraph, embedding intelligent decision-making into the platform’s core via REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices in collaboration with Full Stack Developers.
- • Your day-to-day will involve applying NLP, LLMs, embeddings, and RAG to solve real-world content moderation challenges, leveraging LLMOps and EVALs frameworks for model selection, validation, and continuous monitoring while building scalable AI services in Python and integrating them with TypeScript/Node.js systems.
- • You will design and deploy process automation using Temporal.io, n8n, or custom scripting to orchestrate AI models into business logic, identify personal workflow automation opportunities with tools like Cursor or Copilot, and champion engineering excellence through Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and clean, maintainable code.
- • You will operate within Future’s collaborative Technology & Engineering department, contributing to a culture of innovation through hack days, technology guilds, and personal development resources, while working in a remote UK-based role on a mission-driven platform that empowers creators across 200+ media brands.

🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs, embeddings, RAG) to solve practical business problems, with working knowledge of LLMOps and EVALs frameworks for model selection, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
- • Expertise in designing autonomous agent architectures including agent memory, safety guardrails, and task performance, with familiarity in frameworks such as CrewAI, Google Gen AI/ADK, or LangGraph.
- • Proficiency in Python for AI/ML services and TypeScript/Node.js for integration, with experience in workflow automation tools like Temporal.io or n8n to stitch AI models into business logic.
