• • The AI Factory Customer Engineer at Armada Group, Inc. serves as the critical technical bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, ensuring that complex AI infrastructure solutions are accurately understood, tailored, and deployed to meet real-world needs in remote and challenging environments.
• • Day to day, the role involves acting as the primary technical interface for customers, providing expert guidance on Armada’s AI Factory products — including modular data centers, liquid-cooled designs, and NVIDIA GPU-based systems — leading technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, advising on rack-level architecture and deployment tradeoffs, and cultivating trusted-advisor relationships with engineering, infrastructure, IT, OT, and security stakeholders across energy, industrial, and AI-focused datacenter sectors.
