📋 Description

• The role is an AI Founder focused on solving the skilled labour gap in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects, particularly for data center construction where electrical work can represent up to 70% of costs and the U.S. needs 300,000 new electricians over the next decade. As a founder within Forum Ventures’ AI Studio, you will build a B2B SaaS business from 0 to 1, leveraging the studio’s capital, idea generation, investor networks, fundraising support, and resources to create a transformational company that addresses a critical industry bottleneck.
• Day to day, you will apply early‑stage operator experience and expertise in product development, business, or a specific domain to shape the product and company vision. You will attract, hire, and lead world‑class teams, work with a validation partner that provides proven playbooks, networks, and systems to validate your ideal customer profile and ignite your sales pipeline, and execute a go‑to‑market strategy aimed at reaching $50‑100K ARR with a suitable MVP for early traction. You will also utilize the $250K USD investment and end‑to‑end fundraising playbook to raise seed and Series A rounds, collaborate with Forum’s experienced operating team across business design, product development, growth, recruitment, legal, and more, and engage with the community of mentors, peers, and leaders for guidance and support.
• Forum Ventures LP operates a Venture Studio that brings together ambitious people, brilliant ideas, and capital to build the best B2B SaaS businesses worldwide, from 0 to 1. The AI Studio has launched 17 companies since 2023 and plans to launch seven more in 2026, offering founders a structured path to move faster, develop better insights, and achieve a higher success rate than traditional startups. The studio provides access to investor networks, fundraising support, and resources, backed by an experienced operating team and a vibrant community of mentors, peers, and leaders dedicated to founder success.
• In this role you can learn how to build a venture‑backed startup from the ground up, gain deep experience in fundraising, product development, and go‑to‑market execution, and achieve measurable milestones such as reaching $50‑100K ARR. You will develop leadership abilities by hiring and scaling teams, refine your domain expertise in MEP or related skilled trades, and potentially launch a company that transforms the skilled labour pipeline. The combination of capital, validation support, operational guidance, and community access equips you to turn a bold idea into a scalable, impactful business.
