- • As an AI Growth Marketing Manager at SplitMetrics, you will build the growth engine that attracts enterprise-level mobile brands to the company's Tier-1 managed mobile growth services, focusing on high-value B2B lead generation through AI-augmented systems.
- • Day to day, you will design and ship AI agents and workflows using tools like Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, and n8n to automate lead discovery and personalized engagement, while creating co-marketing initiatives with Apple Ads, Google, Moloco, and AppsFlyer and transforming service excellence into lead-generating assets such as case studies, webinars, and industry reports.
- • You will join the Mobile Growth Partners team at SplitMetrics, a global software company with nearly a decade of leadership in mobile marketing, an Apple Ads Partner, and a trusted growth engine for top mobile-first businesses including Skyscanner, Glovo, Flo, Babbel, and Wooga, processing over $1 billion in ad spend annually.
- • In this role, you will learn to engineer scalable growth systems at the intersection of AI and enterprise marketing, gain deep exposure to top-tier mobile ad platforms, and achieve measurable impact by generating high-value pipeline from the world’s leading apps and games, all within a remote-first, autonomy-driven culture that values building, transparency, and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Builder mindset with preference for creating AI agents and automated systems over manual tasks
- • Proficiency in agentic AI environments such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or n8n
- • Experience in B2B lead generation for global service providers, particularly in long-cycle, high-trust enterprise sales
- • Focus on pipeline and revenue impact rather than vanity metrics like impressions or likes
- • Ability to work autonomously across European and US time zones in a remote-first setting
