- • Design and scale AI-driven workflows that power Outreach’s revenue engine by translating GTM strategy into intelligent automation within the platform.
- • Architect how AI agents engage buyers across the entire revenue funnel—from new logo prospecting to deal acceleration, expansion, retention, and forecasting.
- • Define the operational framework for AI-powered seller execution, ensuring automation enhances—not replaces—human sales conversations and strategic actions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI, and Revenue Operations teams to align AI capabilities with real-world revenue processes.
- • Translate performance insights and connected account visibility into actionable AI workflows that improve forecasting accuracy and revenue team efficiency.
- • Evaluate and optimize AI use cases to ensure they deliver measurable impact on seller productivity, pipeline velocity, and customer retention.
- • Serve as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and GTM operational needs, ensuring systems are intuitive, scalable, and trusted by end users.
- • Identify gaps in current revenue operations where AI can automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and enable sellers to focus on high-value activities.
- • Develop and document standardized processes for deploying, monitoring, and iterating on AI workflows across global revenue teams.
- • Leverage conversation intelligence and assistive AI data to inform workflow design and ensure alignment with buyer behavior and sales dynamics.
- • Partner with Product teams to prioritize feature development based on operational feedback and revenue outcome metrics.
- • Ensure AI-driven automation adheres to ethical, compliant, and human-centric principles, maintaining trust and transparency with sales teams and customers.
- • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of AI tools across revenue teams, using data to refine workflows and drive continuous improvement.
- • Act as an internal advocate for AI-enabled GTM best practices, educating teams on how to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly.
- • Stay current with emerging AI trends in revenue operations and incorporate relevant innovations into Outreach’s platform strategy.
- • Support the onboarding and enablement of new revenue teams by providing clear documentation, training materials, and operational guidance for AI workflows.
- • Balance innovation with operational stability, ensuring AI systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and scaling AI-powered go-to-market workflows in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Deep understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and buyer journey mapping
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and BI teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
- • Strong data literacy with experience using analytics to measure AI workflow impact and optimize performance
- • Experience with conversational AI, assistive AI, or automation platforms in a revenue context
- • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear operational workflows for non-technical stakeholders
