- • Design and implement AI-powered workflows across marketing, operations, customer support, and sales departments to improve operational efficiency.
- • Identify repetitive business processes and automate them using AI tools and low-code platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- • Build scalable automation solutions that integrate disparate business systems and improve data flow between platforms.
- • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable business insights to leadership.
- • Optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, including lead routing, email automation, and performance tracking systems.
- • Support teams in adopting AI-enhanced tools and workflows by providing training and ongoing guidance.
- • Promote organization-wide AI adoption by identifying opportunities to enhance processes with ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI tools.
- • Reduce manual workloads by replacing manual tasks with automated, AI-driven systems across eCommerce and B2B operations.
- • Improve visibility into company performance by creating performance tracking tools that measure operational KPIs.
- • Collaborate directly with leadership to design systems that support long-term business growth without bureaucratic overhead.
- • Continuously evaluate existing processes to uncover inefficiencies and implement automation solutions that drive measurable improvements.
- • Work within U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) to align with client time zones and support U.S.-based operations.
- • Operate in a lean, high-performance culture that emphasizes ownership, accountability, and innovation with minimal layers of management.
- • Apply experience in eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, or similar online business environments to tailor automation solutions to the company’s sales and distribution model.
- • Ensure all automation systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the organization’s growth trajectory.
- • Translate business requirements into technical automation designs without requiring traditional software engineering.
- • Maintain clear documentation of all automated workflows and system integrations for team reference and continuity.
- • Monitor automation performance and iterate on solutions to ensure sustained efficiency gains.
- • Act as a bridge between non-technical teams and AI/automation tools to enable widespread adoption and usage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in automation, operations, systems implementation, revenue operations, AI implementation, or related roles
- • Experience implementing AI and low-code automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and n8n
- • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- • Experience using ChatGPT and Claude to enhance business workflows
- • Familiarity with eCommerce, Amazon, Shopify, or similar online business environments
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into automation solutions
