📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations across finance, operations, scheduling, and data management functions.
• Build agentic AI solutions to address operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and inefficiencies in business workflows.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify automation opportunities and align AI implementations with organizational goals.
• Audit existing business processes to determine where AI can improve reporting, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Integrate AI platforms with existing business systems and software to ensure seamless functionality across departments.
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and resources to enable cross-functional teams in adopting AI tools and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal teams to ensure sustained use and mastery of implemented AI solutions.
• Monitor the performance of deployed AI systems and optimize them for reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Measure the impact of AI implementations using data analytics and recommend continuous improvements based on outcomes.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with company data security standards and operational best practices.
• Utilize hands-on experience with Claude and ChatGPT to design and deploy AI-driven automation workflows.
• Apply expertise in agentic AI platforms to create autonomous, task-specific AI agents that enhance productivity in business operations.
• Analyze workflows in finance, operations, scheduling, and CRM environments to pinpoint high-impact areas for automation.
• Maintain strong project management discipline to coordinate multiple AI initiatives across teams and timelines.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
• Drive organization-wide AI adoption by fostering a culture of innovation and technology enablement.
• Ensure AI systems integrate reliably with existing software ecosystems without disrupting current operations.
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in efficiency, ROI, and team autonomy through successful AI deployments.
• Work exclusively during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) to support U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
• Operate in a fully remote capacity while maintaining high responsiveness and collaboration across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions or workflow automations in business environments
• Hands-on experience with Claude and ChatGPT
• Experience with agentic AI platforms and similar AI tools
• Proven track record of integrating AI solutions with business systems such as CRM, finance, and operations software
• Experience training non-technical teams on AI tool adoption and best practices
• Strong business process analysis skills with exposure to finance, operations, scheduling, or CRM workflows
