- • Build and ship internal agentic workflows on Claude to automate research, generate account briefs, prepare objection responses, draft marketing content, and monitor named accounts.
- • Design and implement a warehouse-backed marketing data model using Snowflake or similar platforms to unify disparate data sources into a single source of truth.
- • Develop and maintain weekly executive dashboards for the CEO, Head of Marketing, and Head of Sales that deliver actionable insights in under five minutes.
- • Integrate the full intelligence stack — connecting CRM, ABM tools, campaign execution platforms, and GTM strategy systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
- • Act as the sole owner of the marketing technology system, ensuring it remains operational, scalable, and aligned with company goals.
- • Provide data, tooling, and automation capabilities to product marketing, integrated growth, and community teams to increase their velocity and impact.
- • Ensure all systems comply with carrier-specific regulatory and compliance standards while maintaining full observability of pipeline health and system performance.
- • Dogfood the AI-powered marketing solutions the company sells by applying them directly to Assured’s own go-to-market operations.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact automation opportunities across marketing, sales, and customer success workflows.
- • Continuously refine data pipelines and agent behaviors based on usage patterns, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
- • Maintain clear documentation and governance around data lineage, agent logic, and system dependencies to ensure transparency and auditability.
- • Translate complex technical outputs into clear, digestible visualizations and summaries for non-technical leadership.
- • Proactively identify and resolve system failures, data inconsistencies, or automation breakdowns before they impact team performance.
- • Stay current with emerging AI and marketing automation tools to evaluate and integrate next-generation capabilities into the stack.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives from concept through deployment and iteration.
- • Ensure all systems are built with observability in mind, enabling real-time monitoring of agent performance, data freshness, and pipeline integrity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in AI operations, revenue/growth engineering, data engineering, or a closely related marketing/technical role.
- • Demonstrated ability to build with LLMs and agentic workflows — you’ve shipped real automations, not just prototypes.
- • Experience integrating intelligence and data tools into a coherent stack.
- • A builder who is comfortable being the owner of a system in a fast-moving environment.
- • Strong sense for data quality, observability, and making complex systems legible to non-technical leaders.
- • High ownership, low ego, and genuine enthusiasm for dogfooding AI in our own go-to-market.
