📋 Description

• As an AI ML Engineer at Brain Co., you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning models to address some of the world's most pressing real-world challenges. This is a unique opportunity to translate groundbreaking research into tangible solutions that deliver significant impact across critical sectors such as healthcare, government, and energy. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI platform, ensuring that our innovations are not confined to research labs but are actively deployed to automate complex, manual processes and drive substantial value for nation-states and leading global institutions.
• Your core responsibility will involve the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML model deployment. This includes designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art Generative AI models, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Agents, reasoning models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. You will be tasked with transforming theoretical breakthroughs into practical, production-ready applications that solve complex business problems.
• A significant part of your role will be dedicated to optimizing and scaling these models and their associated data pipelines. This involves ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency, making them robust enough for deployment in demanding, real-world environments. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of deployed models, maintaining their integrity, and ensuring they consistently deliver value to our global clientele, including various governments.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Proven industry experience in building and deploying Generative AI-focused applications, including practical experience with concepts like Agents, reasoning models, and RAG.
• High-level familiarity with the architecture and operational principles of large language models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience implementing machine learning models using common frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
