đź“‹ Description
- • As an AI/ML Engineer (Senior Associate) at Huron Consulting Group, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage machine learning, generative AI, and agent-based architectures to solve complex, real-world problems for clients across industries, directly contributing to their digital and operational transformation.
- • You will work on the full AI solution lifecycle—from data preparation and model development to application integration and ongoing evaluation—collaborating with architects, data scientists, and domain experts to ensure AI solutions are intelligent, reliable, and aligned with client goals in fast-moving, innovative teams.
- • Huron is a global consultancy that helps clients accelerate strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate change through strategy, expertise, and creativity; joining this AI practice means working on early-stage prototypes to production-ready deployments while exploring emerging paradigms like AI agents, orchestration layers, and self-evaluating systems.
- • Day-to-day, you will design and develop AI-powered systems using traditional ML and generative AI techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings, to create adaptive and intelligent solutions tailored to client needs.
- • You will build intelligent applications and agents capable of autonomous or interactive task execution using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar, enabling advanced AI behaviors like reasoning, planning, and tool use.
- • You will create modular, well-documented APIs and service components using FastAPI or Flask to seamlessly integrate models into broader applications and ensure clean, scalable consumption by other systems.
- • You will develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines, overseeing data collection, transformation, and quality assurance to support robust model training and reliable AI performance.
- • You will implement observability and evaluation mechanisms to monitor AI system behavior, tracking metrics such as accuracy, drift, reliability, and task-level reasoning to ensure ongoing effectiveness and trustworthiness.
- • You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to ensure seamless design, development, and transition to production, bridging technical execution with strategic objectives.
- • You will support both rapid experimentation and robust deployment pipelines, adapting your approach based on the maturity and requirements of each use case to balance innovation with reliability.
- • You will stay current with the latest trends in generative AI, AI agents, orchestration protocols, and evaluation frameworks to continuously enhance Huron’s AI capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
- • You will assist in project management tasks, including planning, tracking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client timelines and objectives, blending technical execution with organizational effectiveness.
- • You will help prepare status reports, manage stakeholder communications, and identify risks or issues in project execution, contributing to transparent and successful project outcomes.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies while gaining experience in consulting-driven delivery, learning how to translate technical innovation into measurable business impact across diverse industries.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow into a technical leader within Huron’s AI practice, shaping best practices in AI agent orchestration, MLOps, and responsible AI deployment while working on high-visibility, transformative client engagements.
