AI/ML Solutions Architect (Agentic Systems)

📋 Description

• • The AI/ML Solutions Architect (Agentic Systems) role at Guidehouse is critical for designing and delivering secure, scalable, cloud-native AI solutions that meet complex federal mission needs, particularly in agentic AI systems, RAG-based applications, and production ML pipelines.
• • Day to day, the architect will design and implement agentic AI systems for autonomous decision-making, develop Generative AI applications for summarization and conversational interfaces, build scalable data pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data, apply advanced ML techniques for decision support, lead end-to-end AI initiatives including RAG, prompt engineering, knowledge graph integration, and fine-tuning LLMs, collaborate across teams to prototype and deploy solutions in AWS environments, and own technical leadership through architecture design, tooling selection, engineering standards, and hands-on implementation including code reviews and mentoring.
