📋 Description

• As an AI Native Product Designer at SatoshiLabs s.r.o., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of self-custody by designing and delivering innovative features for Trezor Suite — the flagship software product that empowers millions of users worldwide to securely manage their digital assets. This role is not about creating static mockups; it’s about leveraging AI as a core collaborator to rapidly prototype, test, and ship functional experiences that balance usability with uncompromising security in the high-stakes world of cryptocurrency.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning end-to-end design for wallet-domain features — from problem definition and user research to ideation, AI-assisted prototyping using tools like Claude Code or Cursor, visual and interaction design, and final delivery in collaboration with product, engineering, and security teams. You will design complex flows for transaction management, multi-chain portfolio views, and self-custody workflows across desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency with and contributions to the Trezor design system while pushing the quality bar higher through systems thinking and deep crypto domain expertise.
• You will join a mission-driven team at the forefront of crypto innovation — the inventors of the first hardware wallet and continuous pioneers in secure self-custody technology. • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to ship working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools, deepen your expertise in security-sensitive product design, and grow as a systems thinker who understands how design decisions impact real-world asset safety. You’ll have the opportunity to influence a product used by millions, contribute to a respected design system, and operate at the intersection of crypto, AI, and human-centered design — building not just interfaces, but trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work on complex digital products across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proven fluency in AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, or Codex) as a daily part of the design workflow for research, ideation, and prototyping.
• Demonstrated ability to create functional prototypes using vibe coding techniques — translating ideas into working code with AI assistance, even without formal engineering training.
• Deep crypto/Web3 domain knowledge, including understanding of self-custody, seed phrases, private keys, multi-chain wallets, and DeFi concepts, ideally backed by personal use or active participation in the ecosystem.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with expertise in UI craft, typography, color, layout, and micro-interactions, and a discerning eye for quality when AI generates 'good enough' outputs.
• Systems thinking mindset — you think in flows, edge cases, and component interactions, not isolated screens, and understand how design tokens, patterns, and components scale across a product ecosystem.
