- • As an AI Operations Lead at Rain Technologies, you will be a core member of the Internal AI team, helping the company become AI-native by building leverage across teams through AI agents, apps, and workflows. This role is critical to accelerating Rain’s growth by identifying and solving operational bottlenecks with AI-driven solutions.
- • Day to day, you will diagnose and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities by auditing workflows, build and ship AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code and development tools, drive AI adoption through enablement sessions and documentation, establish operational rigor with metrics and tracking, and support foundational AI systems like SOPs, agent libraries, and governance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements
- • Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work
- • Strong technical fluency with low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations
- • 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or similar roles delivering technical solutions
