  • • In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of our outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on proactive outreach, engaging potential clients, and meticulously qualifying leads to book discovery meetings for our Account Executives. You will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities that contribute directly to our company's growth and success. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain a robust pipeline, acting as the initial point of contact for many of our most promising future clients.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve executing comprehensive outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels, including strategic email outreach, direct phone calls, and leveraging professional networking platforms like LinkedIn. You will be adept at crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences and capture their attention, initiating meaningful conversations that lead to tangible outcomes. A key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively manage and nurture these interactions, guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
  • • A significant part of your success will hinge on your ability to build and meticulously manage targeted prospect lists. You will utilize industry-leading tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key buyer personas. This data-driven approach ensures that your outreach efforts are focused, relevant, and highly personalized, maximizing the chances of engagement and conversion. Understanding the nuances of different industries and company types will be crucial in refining your targeting strategy.
  • • Beyond outbound efforts, you will also be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, ensuring that every potential opportunity aligns with our ICP and buyer personas. This dual focus on both inbound and outbound lead qualification allows for a comprehensive approach to pipeline development. Your ability to quickly assess a prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT) will be essential in determining their suitability for our solutions.
  • • The ultimate goal of your efforts is to book qualified discovery meetings for our dedicated Account Executives. This requires not only effective prospecting but also the skill to articulate the value proposition of our SaaS product in a way that piques interest and encourages further exploration. You will act as a trusted advisor, setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
  • • Maintaining impeccable accuracy and organization within our CRM system, HubSpot, is paramount. You will be responsible for diligently updating prospect information, logging all outreach activities, and ensuring that our data is clean and reliable for reporting and analysis. This commitment to CRM hygiene is vital for tracking progress, identifying trends, and making informed strategic decisions.
  • • You will be expected to closely track and report on your outreach activities, meticulously analyzing conversion rates at each stage of the funnel, and quantifying your contribution to the overall sales pipeline.   • • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Latin America. However, it requires a dedicated commitment to working during overlapping business hours with our U.S. and/or European markets, ensuring timely communication and engagement with prospects and colleagues across different time zones.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • • Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating pipeline within U.S. and/or European markets.
  • • Strong, hands-on experience with CRM management and reporting, specifically HubSpot.
  • • Proficient in utilizing sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • • Fluent English proficiency (C1 or C2 level required) for effective communication with U.S. and European prospects.
  • • Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
  • • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within U.S. and/or European time zones.
